I'm looing at getting a new, aluminum case. So far, I'm either going Lian-Li, or an Antec 1030 (not aluminum). My main concern is the basic air flow. I really want a case with a rear 120mm fan. That size fan should really be able to pull the hot air out, without being super noisy. Who makes cases with rear 120mm fans? I'd really like to get an aluminum case with the rear fan, but I'd be open to suggestions.

Chenbro and Lite-On both make cases with 120mm fan mounts, although they're steel cases. I use a Chenbro Junior (one front 120mm mount, one rear 120mm mount) on my main rig and it keeps everything cool without too much noise. Then again, I'm used to sitting next to a bunch of Deltas, so my perception of noise is a bit skewed.

There is a company called CompuCase who makes a case very similar to the Antec series, the 6919, that has a rear 120mm fan spot. Of course, its steel, not aluminum. clicky

If you want the beige version, check newegg.

Here is a case that is exactly like the Antec 1030 except it's aluminum with the front cover still being plastic. It's really inexpensive too!

Bumping for some more suggestions. Lots of good ones here, but trying to keep it alive for some more cases and for others looking for a case with 120mm fan mounts. I'd really like a 120mm in front, back and an 80mm at the top. I'd keep the rpm fairly low, so it'll stay nice and quiet, yet still be moving air.

I dont know of any case that has both a 120mm intake and exhaust, and adding a top 80mm blowhole just reduces the chances of finding a case like that. So, if I were in your position, know what I would do? Buy a pretty nice case like the Chieftec or the CompuCase, or maybe even a Lian Li, and MOD the crap out of it! :D

Modding sounds like what I'll have to do. I just didn't want to go all-out mod and go more basic. I'm thinking the best thing to start with is a 120mm fan as the exhaust, then I can add the rest.

Here is one that has 120mm in front and back, you can always add one to the top.

SAWEET! Blade! I'll be looking at that one for sure. I really want to order a nice case from the net, but the shipping charges are killer. Its too bad I don't have an real Akihabara-like stores out here to scan all the available cases. I'll probably end up getting an Antec 1030, but I may get an aluminum, since I don't need the PSU.

I would really look at the Chenbro Junior as J3anyus suggested earlier if you're not sold on an aluminum case. They have excellent build quality, places for front and rear 120mm fans and lend themselves to improvements as illustrated here. I recently bought one from Directron for $65 and am very pleased with it.

If you need an 80mm chimney hole, then buy the Chenbro and cut the hole yourself. Really, look at the Chenbro for awhile, it's an excellent case :)

Another vote for the Chenbro Junior. Got 2 120's running at 7V and can barely hear a thing.

Lite-On FS-020. Awesome awesome case. $120 from OutsideLoop.com. 2 120mm fans on the back, 1 120mm fan in front (but has enough room for 2 front fans if you cut the drive cage). 1.2 mm thickness of the case walls, unlike those crappy 0.8 mm cases! It is extremely heavy (I love that): the case itself is heavier than a regular computer loaded with hardware.

Check out CoolCases.com - they can punch out holes for fans, etc.
