Cases with multi-Fans- are they all supposed to suck?

I thought two of them should suck and two of them should blow. i.e. 2 fans take air in and 2 fans take air out the case. Isn't that more efficient for airflow? I increased the fan speed to full but didn't see a faster heat dissipation, at least according to the readings on the thermister.

Anyone has similar experience, please share. Thanks!

i think ATX is supposed to be designed around sucking air out more than blowing it in. and if all you are doing is blowing it in, you would start to hit a limit of how much air can be in the case at once, with no easy way for excess air to get out. so havign all the fans blowing slow or fast i dont think there would be much difference. 2 in and 2 out would probably be much more efficient

The lower and front fans should be intake, while the upper and rear fans should be exhaust. That way the air flows through the case.

should be more or less like so

probably someone at thermaltake's manufacturer put the rear ones on the wrong way around. btw on the actual fans themselves (side) there should be little arrows showing the direction of the blades and air flow.

Thank you guys for confirming that. I put my hand close to these fans and found that they were all intake. I thought I could reverse the polarity by reversing the power plug but no go. Should I RMA it or can I fix it myself?

If you have a screwdriver, just reverse the direction of the fan yourself. It will take you at most 5 minutes, as opposed to 2-3 weeks of shipping it back to them and stuff.
