Cases for mobos that are "tween-ITX"?

You know the mobos I'm talking about. They are between mini-ITX, and micro-ATX. They have mini-ITX mounting holes, but have TWO slots, not one or four.

Edit: This board:

I could of course mount them to a four-slot micro-ATX or ATX chassis, but I would like something mini-ITX sized, but capable of taking "ITX" boards with two slots.

I know that there are gaming ITX cases, with room for double-wide expansion slots for video cards. I figure that something like that would probably work. Suggestions?

Edit: Cost is a major factor. These will likely end up G1610 / 4GB DDR3 / 60GB SSD budget builds. Bonus if you can also fit a 5.25 and a 3.5 drive in there.

Edit: Well, this one is micro-ATX, but something like that.

Edit: Actually, more like something like this:

Where does the PSU, and the drives go, in a case like that? I see a PSU extension cord, like you're supposed to mount a PSU inside somehow, but there's no venting or mounting holes. Likewise, there's no drive mounting holes.

Can someone tell me how to build in a case like that? It doesn't make sense to me.

Flex ATX is the nearest form factor, but I don't know if there are restrictions that would make that board not Flex ATX. Even if so, Shuttle was the only maker/user of that form factor I've ever seen.

But, why not just get a small tower, like a Zalman ZM-T1, or Rosewill FBM-02, and leave the two blank slots?

The Coolermaster Elite 120 and 130 are on sale atm and have rebates on top of that:

Elite 120 for $24 AR:

Elite 130 for $40 AR:

As long as you don't use a double slot card in the second slot I think the board will work but I'm not 100% positive.

The Elite 110 is another option. Its more limited in function and costs more but has more room beyond the 2nd slot:

I just managed to fit my MSI H81M-E33 into the CM Elite 110. That mobo is about 226mm wide, which turned out to be like 1-2mm too wide to clear the hd/fan bracket, so I cut a slit into that bracket for the mobo to fit into. You could probably fit up to 230-240mm wide by cutting that slit, but ideally if you found a matx mobo under 225mm, then no cutting would be necessary. Fortunately that slit is totally internal so you can't see anything at all with outer cover attached because my cutting was very sloppy. The matx mobo is a good bit cheaper than mitx mobos, so I'm pretty pleased that it worked. =D

DTX would be the spec. I think Lian-Li might have a few and there are most likely quite a few itx cases that can support the mobo, albeit unofficially.
