A 430W PSU should be fine for that system.

Thermaltak cases may look kinda interesting but they are n00b "case-modder wannabe" cases.

Also they come with no less than 423,328,283 useless wires inside with stupid fan brackets and such and it really makes making a clean-looking setup pretty much impossible with so many wires.

The case material is good but I hate the design and the junk they put in and the front panels on a lot of them stink.

the psu will be fine but i would still try to intrest you in a better case maybe a Lian Li. I have heard tons of people who wanted a cool looking case but later on as they matured with computers they wish they would of got a nicer sleek looking case.

If you like the case, buy it and buy the power supply separately... a 7800gt with a 3700+ is not meant with a 430w psu... Get a 500w Antec NeoHE, an Enermax 500w Liberty. Power supply is #1 priority before you go on with the list.

Yeah I would suggest a Lian-Li or a nice Antec. Their P160 and P180's are nice and are a bit more "flashy" than a normal case.

Good choice  Just ignore the Thermaltake trashers... ;)
Regarding PSUs, I always recommend Emermax, judging from having had good experience since ages with them...
E.g. the one I have (Noisetaker 495) with 485Watts. Far enough for your system, which I think will have a peak consumption (heavy 3D gaming) of ~300Watts in real life...

430w is plenty. a 7800gt is rated fro 400w powewr supplies and it's not like you have too many peripherials sucking down extra amps.

As said...expect 300 realWatts...
My rig sucks 285 Watts max (measured at the plug, no theoretical internet calcs...).
With two 6600GT which easily suck up more than the 7800GT (2x65 Watts) and the o/c'ed proc at high volts, you may experience similar wattage... :)

As long as you go over 400W with a quality PSU you will be fine...if you plan to keep it for further upgardes you may stay close to 500 ;)
