case with amd approved power supply

Im was looking at articles about cases and I read somthing about making sure the power supply was amd approved. Any of you have any cases that are under $150 with enough power. The reason Im asking is that an article I read that even if a power supply is rated 300 watts that it doesnt mean that the power supply is sending that much power out. Im new at this so any help would be appreciated.

I'll third the Antecs - I've got the 1030 and love it - Great airflow and a locking door so my son can't try to plug a PB&J into the CD-ROM or anything..

If you're concerned with total power, $116 for a 1040 (same as the 1030 but with a 400W PS) is a steal!

Thanks guys for your input. I also was considering the antec cases, but was unsure about the power supplys in them. I think I will go for the antec 1040.
