Case speaker connection

HI

I bought a antec case. It has a 4 pin speaker connection and I was wondering where it is supposed to go?? I dont see any connections on the motherboard. Was I supposed to buy a small case speaker? I have a 865perll motherboard.

thanks

(Probably could have kept the questions in one thread)

If the case came with a speaker connector, then somewhere in there is a speaker. They don't have to be very big so it may be hard to see.

Most mobo's do have a speaker connection, unless one is already built into the board. What board do you have?

HI

Well there is a speaker on my intel 865 perll motherboard. Must be there for motherboards without built in speaker.

The speaker connection is located at the rear of the motherboard between slots 2 and 3 according to the manual.
