I am looking around for a good case, with decent cooling capability and great ease of use. I have seen some good things with the Lian-Li pc-60 series. Things like a slide out mobo tray, removable drive bays, thumb screws, etc. are good.

On the other hand, features like a brushed aluminum finish are definitely not must-haves for me. How the case looks is not nearly as important as how it works, and how much I have to work to do anything with it.

Thank you for your info.

I have a Lian-Li PC10 which is the same as the PC60, except it's finished in beige. It is extremely nice to work in, although for a case the same size I now prefer the Antec SX600. It doesn't have the slide out mobo tray nor thumb screws, but it runs cooler and quieter. It's also a lot less expensive, about $35 plus shipping. I now use the Lian-Li to set up and test systems because it's so light to move around and has those nice features you mention. It's a bit of an indulgence for that use, but it's a real pleasure to work in.

After trying Enlight, Inwin, Antec, and Fong Kai I ended up with a Lian-Li 68. Nothing I have found can hold as many drives in this size (12), completely toolless, and the tray is a plus. One thing you don't hear much about is the cable that allows you to remove the motherboard from the tray while still have the power, speaker, etc connections attached to the board. Like the filter to. The fan bus is a toss up. The bay covers can actually be replaced, none of those stamped plates you always cut yourself on removing.

I personally like the $55 Enermax from Newegg. It's light, compact, easy to work with, I think it's stylish, and it has a nice 300W Enermax PSU.
