I am looking to go SLI with new 8800gts and asus atx x38 board, case has to be desktop or htpc style, rest of the components are: wd raptor, lite on burner, 2gb corsair, corsair hx 520w and that's pretty much it, i am looking ot go as cool and as quite as possible and since mobo will be very expensive and i am not looking to spend fortune on the case, let's say up to 150 if really needed
 
fluff, sli on a x38 mobo, dream on. Unless you got info I'm unaware of, but I doubt it. Cases you could look into are antec 900, or even a antec p182. It should cool sufficiently, even for sli-ed 8800gts's, and is pretty quiet. Better might be a full tower though, thermaltake armor series perhaps ?
