My 15.6 laptop shows signs of wearing / scratches, etc.

Best way to make it look good, besides getting new casing?

You should be able to find plastic-etching paint in auto supply stores... Bumper paint would work well too, it has a bit of extra flex-agent in it so when you twist the lid slightly there will be less chance of any cracking or seperation.

Definitely go to an auto-supply store (auto paint supply is better) and ask what the BEST paint for plastic is. Then you can decide color!

Make sure to primer before you paint! Plastic-etching primer too!
