Case/Mobo connection HELP!!!

Trying to finish up my first build and I am stuck. Gigabyte GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 MB case connections from ThermaltakeV3 case. Case connectors are: power switch (blk/red); reset switch (blk/white); HDD LED (orange/white); Power LED (blue/white); and a speaker (blk/red). Pins on mobo are labeled +/- but the wires arent. HELP!! I've been taking my time and been methodical doing this build, but now I'm stuck. The manual has no info, nor does their website.
Thanks
Dave

With Case power on/off connector it does not matter. It is a momentary switch (Works like a doorbell, when depressed it just completes the circuit to send a signal to the power supply to turn on). Reset switch works the same way. HDD just turns on the activity light. If you get it backwards the LED will be less dim. Generally red is positive and black is ground. Most good motherboards have a Piezo Speaker, and the only use is for the BIOS beeps. Most cases dont come with a speaker, but some might.

the case connectors are colored, and then the other wire is white or black. The colored wire is plus, the white/black wire is ground.
