Case LED Issue ??

I have a Lian Li PC 65B case, I checked all the connections . I cann't get the power and HD led to lit up after I power up my system. I am using a ATX PS and its driving me nuts that I cann't get them to wOrk. May its a defective LED ???

I am using Antec True Power 430 W and its ATX PS. Can thr front LED be replaced may be they are defective , if they can be replaced then what type they are.
 
Are you sure the connectors are oriented the correct way? (+-)
I really don't think both leds would burn out simultaniously.
Flipping the connector usually solves a non-functioning led.
 
The case also has front usb connectors , the wire coming from those has fround 1 and ground 2 not the wires coming from the led's. The only connections they have is
Speaker,,Power LED,Power SW, Reset SW, HDDLED. And on the board I have
PowerLED, Speaker Connector in the front
IDE_LED, Power And Ground (In the manual it says I need an ATX PS which I am using) and Reset SW.

I only see two wires coming from the front usb ports ground 1 and ground2. I want to make sure the leds are shot before I order them.

Does Atec has a special connector for LEDs. I dont see any + or - connectors in my case.

No...Your connections are strictly between your motherboard and your case.

Don't worry about the usb connections for now. (They do not attach to the same section as the standard led and power switch connectors)

What motherboard are you using? You should have (on your board) pins for Power SW and Reset SW. Usually + and - are oriented in ther same direction, so if they don't light up, reverse them.
 
I am using Asus k8v se dlx with A64 3200. I am using Power SW and Reset SW on my board. I got the HD LED to litup but not the Power LED one. Any other sugestions.

Are these the right temps 43.5 C for CPU and 35 for my MB. The case also have four fans but they are mounted using the plastic mounts. How can I break those clips, I want to use fans with Blue Led's .
 
Well, I can't access asus.com right now, but you should plug it in where is says PLED or Power LED.
I looked at a pic of your case (I don't have one myself) and it looks like they are using the little plastic pushpins to hold in the fans. I use a knife blade to pry out the pin. It comes out pretty easy.

<edit> temps aren't bad.....

I got the power led to work but the HD led is not working. It only works when there is some activity on the drive to test that, I installed 2000 on the drive and still the led doesn;t litup. Does anyone know from where I can get front moutable bay which holds svideo and rca like the media center pc's have in front of the case.
