Case in a Computer Desk Processor Enclosure

I know the setup I am going to build should be fine as far a cooling goes. But what if I put the Processor case in one of those tower processor enclosures which computer desk have. Will this effect cooling? I mean the exhaust fans are blowing the hot air out the back but it is partly enclosed so the circulation will not be as great.

Will this greatly effect the temperature range I will see or is it no big deal?

Thanks!!

Hmm, it really depends one what you're running. Obviously an already hot tbird that you've OC'd is going to be more adversly effected by a slight temp change than a stock speed PIII. It's fine that you have fans blowing hot air out the back. But do they have enough leverage space to suck in a good amount of cool air in the front of the case? Shoving in cool air is just as important as expelling the hot stuff.
