Case for PVR

anyone got any experience building a pvr? if so i have lots of questions, but to stay on topic, i need a dark colored desktop case that cools and is quiet, and will take a kg-7 motheboard? any recommendations?

in my opinion, you won't find anything better that this: New Antec Overature.

That case is very nice to look at and still quiet.

I use a lian li pc9300 - nice case, MATX psu only.

Evercase and AOpen have similar designs to the Overture available, but perhaps not quite as pretty. And there's always the Ahanix d-Vine series...

It has a 92mm SmartCool Plus (temperature sensor on a wire that you can place where you want) exhausting out the rear.

The Overature looks cool + the modding possibilities look nice as well....Like an LCD in the 5 /14 drive bays + a pair of VU meters in the 3 1/2 bays.

Are you sure you are not thinking about the minuet? The minuet page specifically states that it only takes half sized cards while the overture page doesn't mention anything about that leading me to believe it takes full cards.

Overture is 3U high which is just fine for full height PCI/AGP cards.
