Case for cheap

That link takes me to a general page and not a specific product.

In general, power supplies that come with a case are complete junk, even the Antec ones.

You've got the cart before the horse a bit here. First tell us what sort of system it will be running and what case it is going to go into please.

What components are going inside the case? You may need more or possibly less than a $100.00 power supply to run it all on depending.

well "Theman" showed me a Fortron 450W PSU for only $70 so I don't think I need a $100 PSU. This is whats going in the computer.

Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200.9 8MB 11MS ATA100 RoHS Hard Drive
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard ATX S939 NFORCE4 Ultra DDR PCI-E16 PCI-E4 2PCI-E1 3PCI SATA RAID Sound GBLAN
Corsair Value Select PC3200 1GB DDR400 CL3 184PIN DIMM Memory
AMD Opteron 144 Processor S939 Venus 1.8GHZ 1MB L2 Cache 90NM 64BIT Retail Box
EVGA E-GEFORCE 7800 GT CO Superclocked 580MHZ PCI-E 256MB 1.5GHZ GDDR3 Dual DVI HDTV Out Video Card

you don't need a 450W Fortron if you are buying a PSU for the system listed in your sig. The 400W AX400PN for around $55 at ncix should be more than adequate. Just a few days ago, a poster had a system with an X1900XTX, Dual Core Processor, and several HDDs, and he ended up buying the AX450 after many suggestions. Now, your system won't draw nearly that much power, so the 400W should handle it well.

For a case, I suggest the following. As a rule of thumb it is usually better to buy the Case/PSU separately so you can get the best of both worlds instead of sometimes having to stick with a good case manufacturer's Crappy PSU.

Cooler Master Centurion
