One of the case fan (80mm, can't use a 120mm) is causing noise, although when I leave the fan outside by itself, I don't notice noise at all. So, I think the vibration is causing the (thin) metal of the case to vibrate...its like a whiny noise. Anything I can use to reduce or eliminate this noise? So far, I have found anti-vibration gasket and some washers, but I am not sure what is best to use. Links to items would be great!

I wouldn't dismiss the square-shaped silicon-rubber fan gasket -- I was once able to find those at Circuit-City (are they still in business?!)

But you should take a look at this sort of item as well:

ANYTHING -- to isolate fans and hard-disks from a computer case -- is essential to eliminate that component of noise.

thanks! I'll look through those.

With a little luck and care when you remove them, they should be re-useable. It's a bit of a fidget to remove them without damage, but mostly requires a small screwdriver or the point of a scissors.
