Case fan replacements

So, I've been running a Panaflo U1BX as my exhaust and lowering the speed through a Rheobus fan controller. The fan is damn powerful, but also DAMN loud. I'm trying to cut down on noise coming out of my Antec 900, so any suggestions on a case fan that would perform well as an exhaust? Keep in mind that the ZM-F3's on my TRUE are less than an inch from the exhaust, and they run @ 75 cfm (or so they're rated by tech sites).

So far, the Scythe Gentle Typhoons (1850 RPM) sit at the top of my list, but I wanted to see if there are any suggestions out there for a better/cheaper case fan. AFAIK, GT's stand out more on a heatsink/radiator, so I'm wondering if there's anything that can run as an exhaust just as well for a quieter/cheaper price without losing performance.

Also, anybody with a 900 recommend that I swap out the Tri-cools running my intake airflow? They're nice, but I could deal with a little less noise.
