The choises

1. Antec P180
2. Lian-Li PC-V1000 Plus
3. Lian-Li PC-V1100 Plus

Interal construciton on these is pretty similiar, but I am having a tough time deciding which one to get. Cooling is the most important thing, but I don't want a really noisy machine either.

Hmm I didn't know they made a V1000 plus...

But to be honest with you, I have the V1000 and I LOVE how the motherboard is upsidedown. It helps clean up a lot of things, great cable management if you know how to do it right, the video card is finally facing up, and the case itself looks great. The P180 is a great case, but if you have the extra money I'd get the V1000.

Keep in mind that most people will suggest the P180 though.

I have the PC-V1100 (non-plus) and I love it. Just like Mrvile said, cable management is great, although it took me a while to get it just right.

Also, the V1100 is really quiet with its sound dampening foam. I have the case sitting right next to me on top of my desk and I can barely hear it. The loudest thing in the case is the hard drive because of the way they sit in their partition - it creates a bit of an echo. Of course, my HD is a WD Raptor and I'm not sure that they're known for being the most quiet things around.

It really comes down to which one you yourself like best though, as all three are great cases. In terms of performance I think they're pretty much equal, so I believe that leaves asthetics as the major determining factor. Everyone here can debate forever about which one we like best, but you're the one that will have to come home and look at it at the end of the day.

Yeah, looks wise I like the Antec the least, but it's also the most inexpensive :)

Yeah, I actually didn't look at prices until after I just posted that, so I guess I should've added in "if saving ~$100 isn't important..." :)
