Case/ CPU Cooler suggestions

Hey, new here.

Hope you guys can help me out on deciding what case/cpu cooler i should purchase. I have a q6600 that's at 2.7ghz right now and i can push it to 3.2 but it gets way too hot (75c) when stressed. This is all on stock cooling. Now what i'm having problem with is the fact that i will be needing a new case for the new cooler, since i doubt any of them would fit. Also the ram slots are kind of close to the cpu (Asus Maximum Formula mboard). I also have a Radeon 5800, and i want to get a case that can fit 2 of them in the future and still stay cool.

These 2 fans looked good, but im not sure if it will mess with my ram since i have 4 sticks so i can't really move them around.

Also, as far as cases go i have yet to find one i actually like, it needs to have to the power supply at the bottom since the fan blows hot air straight on the cpu atm.

Waiting for suggestions,

Thanks

Acceptable budget?

ATX PSU's do not blow into the case; they blow out from the back. But of course it is better to have it down, getting fresh air from under the case rather than the air already heated by CPU&co.

I would say under $200 for a cpu/cooler, i dont really care for a fancy case, just something that can hold everything and have decent airflow.

And yes it just seems to close for comfort, the radeon stays under 60c with the fan at 30% so i rather it be closer to that
