I have an ATX case with 2 case fan. One fan is in the back for outtake and the other fan is in the front for intake. My case has a side panel which I could install a fan to cool the video card etc.... Should I use the side panel fan for intake or outtake? Thanks for your responses and have a Happy New Year. :D

Most of the times side panel fans function better as intakes. Also, this works out pretty well, since you only have one intake right now, but two exhausts, the rear fan and the PSU fan. Adding another intake will even out the pressure a bit more, although chances are you'll have slight positive pressure, since PSU fans are usually fairly weak. Your video card and other PCI cards will probably benefit from the added intake as well.
