Case cooling options/suggestions?

My CPU/mobo temps run a bit higher than I'd like (49c CPU /41c MOBO during load), because I'm planning to OC. I only have the PSU fan as an exhaust, so I figure the problem is that my case is very stuffy and I'm not getting enough airflow. Unfortunately my case doesn't have another place for a seperate case fan, so I'm unsure of what to do.

option 1) Mod my case. Saw in a blow hole on top or side or the rear, and stick a fan on. - This is possible, but I have no experience chopping up cases and don't even have the tools to do it...

2) buy a new case. I'm feeling cheap since I just recently got my athlonXP. If anyone can recommend some cheap cases?

3) stick in a PCI slot fan. according to this review from mikhailtech, PCI slot fans can lower case temps by up to 5C.

whatdya guys think?
thanks

yeah, I thought about getting a buffer HS. but I figured my MOBO temp were already so high (40-42) the problem must be not enough flow through. Since it's not just the CPU that is running so warm.

oh yeah, I agree. But I'd still need to work on bringing the system temp down before I dabble in oc'ing. Not just the CPU.

yea i agree first get a new HS and fan. a alpha or a SK-6 2 of the best out there. that will help with both CPU and case temps. what case are you using because most cases have places for fans with out having to mod the case. at least 1 front and 1 rear. if so get fans for thoes areas first and see what happens.

I'm not sure who made my case, I think it's just a generic brand. It does have a place for an intake, but there is no place for an extra exhaust. Which is why I considered modding or just getting a new case.
