Case Cooling Advice

Hello,
I'm running an I7-930@4.2 in a Lancool PC-K7B case. I'm using a Noctua NH-D14 HSF. The case has one 120mm fan in the rear and 2 120mm fans in the front. What do you think the best flow pattern would be, and what are the best case fans for this scenario. Your help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. So airflow from the front of the case to the back. Any suggestions on aftermarket fans? All three are 120mm.

Stock fans on the K62 should be fine. If you do want something better, some YL's from Petra would be a cheap option. I have no clue on the fans that come with Lian-Li so...

Could also opt for Scythe S-Flex, GT, Zalman ZM-F3, Noctua, Pannies, Sannies but really, stock is fine.
