Case + cooler for silent pc?

I'm going to go with AMD/ATI, probably Phenom II X6 1055T, and maybe use onboard video for now as my gaming time is gone. I'd like to do a mild OC.

Can you suggest a cooler + case that is cheap, toolless and silent?
 
Any tower cooler with a 120mm fan is going to be faily quiet as long as you put a good fan on it. As for case i would suggest somehting with silicon grommets on the HDD bays to reduce noise, The Antec Sonata III comes to mind.
