I am thinking of getting a Lian Li Black Aluminum Mid-Tower Case but I'm having trouble finding a "compatible" motherboard, if you will. Now, this is my first time building a PC from scratch by myself. When I look at the back of the case and the motherboard (where the serial communication port, USBs, M/K Connectors are) I find it hard to find a board that fits the case just right :-/

That plate back there is just the stock plate for the case. If you buy a retail motherboard, it will come with it's own plate. You just pop the stock one out and put the motherboard's in its place. It probably won't have colors, but it will fit just fine. Lian Li is a good choice. My personal favorite is the PC-6077.
