Case with 450w PSU for $25 + shipping... don't know how to read the specs for the PSU but I'm guessing it's not that great for this price?

Powersupply: Rhycom 450Watt power supply
red: +5V 35A
yellow: +12V 15A
orange: +3.3V 26A
white: -5V 0.5A
blue: -12V 0.8A
purple: +5VSD 3.0A
green PS-ON
gray P.G.
black GND
(+5V & +3.3V total = 260W

So is it 260W? I don't understand any of this...

Ripped from Bens...

$9 ground shipping to Las Vegas

They at least do not make you start the checkout process first.

it's 260W for just the +5 and +3.3 rails. That means 190W for the other rails. Like lebe said, nice specs but don't expect this to run too much on the +12V without dropping well below 12V... In other words, not for a lot of drives or case mods

Unknown power supply, specs looks good. The key question here is - what about this etailer?
I cannot find any evaluations.

Odered one this afternoon. It's already been shipped ($40.41 total to IL.)

Well, once I get it, I'll post my comments about the case and its PSU.

I saw this deal on another thread about a week ago. I ordered and it came in two days without any problems. However, now you guys are worrying me about this power supply. Will it be able to run this system:
Albatron KX400+ Pro mobo
Athlon 2000+ CPU
Western Digital 40GB 7200 RPM hdd
Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB
Lite-On 40x12x48 CDRW
Kingston 512MB DDR333 PC2700 (I might settle for 256MB not sure yet)

Should I stick with this power supply or fork over some more money to get a reputable one. As it is, I'm already well over budget so I'm hoping this PSU will be sufficient. Then again, I don't want to ruin my system. Please help!!!!

It'll be fine bro. The specs suck for a 450, but is decent for a 350! You'll be fine.

I ordered a case from them before. The case is well worth the $25. As for the etailer, they're great to deal with, I got my case shipped on the same day, and it arrived two days later on my doorstep.

jortiz5678 - besides the ps, how is the rest of the case? Rolled metal edges? Cheap/decent construction? Plastic? Etc.?

Got my case already!!! Ordered it yesterday. I didn't get the gray one but the blue one.

Prenatal:
It's got rolled metal edges. And Looks to be pretty good constuction. Could be alittle bit more sturdy but hey it's $25. I'd paid $40 for something of the equivalent like 2 months ago and it's doesn't look as good. Well worth the price.

Need to test the PS, probably put a old system in it just in case.

prenatal:

There are no rough edges at all, and one cool feature that I like are the hand screwable screws. It's running smoothly on my p4 2.4 right now.
