CAS2 or CAS3 memory?

Is CAS2 memory really worth the premium when not overclocking 133MHz SDRAM? I'm going to start with 1 128MD DIMM for my new dual CPU system and am trying to decide if I should go for Mushkin budget CAS3 memory for $124 or shell out another $32 for rev1.5 CAS2 PC133 SDRAM. What do you think? Is the CAS2 worth it knowing that I won't be overclocking (going with dual P3 800EBs so I wouldn't have much room to overclock anyway)?
