CAS Latency setting in 440BX BIOS

Hey all-

I've got a 440BX motherboard and in the BIOS it has three settings for CAS - one being the latency. It was defaulted to 3 so I set it to 2 and it runs fine at that although when the computer boots, it has a message which says the recommended setting is 3. Is this an issue to worry about?

Also, those other 2 settings for CAS are at 3, do I need to set them all to 2 in order to run at CAS2?
