Been rewatching all of the episodes of the X-Men animated series from the 90s. :'( They just don't make them like they used to any more. I've got lots of nostalgia for cartoons of that era and I plan on rewatching a lot of them. Batman TAS, Animaniacs, Rocko's Modern Life, Duck Tales, I could go on and on and on. We really like to shit on the cartoons of the past decade or more cause let's face it most of them really do deserve it compared to our old favs. BUT there have been the odd diamonds in the ruff. List cartoons of the past decade or so that you would enjoy watching even now. Ones that come to mind myself are:

Justice League and Justice League Unlimited

Spongebob Squarepants (yes I'm not ashamed to admit I'm 29 and still enjoy watching the best of these - though they are not all good)

Teen Titans

I'm in my 40's, so don't remember any cartoons from anything later than the early 80's.

All adult-oriented, though. Might as well start listing anime at that point.

True, but they're still American and they're still cartoons. Also do we include things just because they've been airing in the past 10 years or ones that started within? Because South Park started in 1997.

I'll add

The Boondocks
Venture Brothers
Samurai Jack
Batman Beyond
Ben 10
Archer

It didn't specify kids programs.

Yes, but those are extremely popular and widely-known, yet conspicuously absent from OP's list in favor of more youth-oriented shows. So it's safe to assume he wasn't going in that direction.
If he was I'd pull out the God-tier:

Batman Beyond

This was good. (never saw any of the others you listed.)
Edit: Wait... I think I'm conflating Batmans. I've seen Batman Beyond but now I can't recall if I liked it or if I'm mixing Batman: The Animated Series in with it.

Another: The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy

Archer, Futurama, South Park, American Dad, Family Guy...

However, if I were a parent of a small child, they wouldn't be allowed to watch any of these until they were older...

Invader Zim! <gir> I love that show </gir>

The DC movies I've watched were decent, like Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths and the Superman / Shazam collection of shorts.

So long as they are still making new episodes that are quality then yes include them too. For example I'd include South Park as they still have lots of good new episodes. I'd hesitate to include The Simpsons though as they haven't made anything good in the past 10 years IMHO.

I was thinking of including Ben 10 but I've never seen enough of it to fully judge. What I have seen seems like quality though.

Angry Beavers
Jimmy Neutron

Haven't seen more than a few mins of Angry Beavers. Jimmy Neutron DOES indeed have something about it that makes it still watchable as an adult but I never clicked to it... Back to my X-Men :p

Cartoons today (and for the past 30 years) are shit compared to the classic Warner Bros Bugs Bunny/Road Runner/etc. from the golden age.

Chuck Jones was the best animator/director of all time.
