Carpenter bees infested my house before I bought it 5 years ago. I'm selling it or renting it out next month so it's time for me to replace some of the boards they've been living in. The boards that go up the roof line on the sides of my house....I think they're called facia boards? The bees have gone in between the flashing and the siding....

I'll need only one side of the house replaced... That part of the house is only 26 feet across and it's a 4/12 pitch...so the wood should be the cheap part at around 35 feet of salt-treated boards. Just wondering if I should get a handyman or a pest control place to do the work. I didn't know pest control places did that stuff, but my sister suggested it.

How much do you think is too much for a repair like that. I'm gonna call around, but figured I'd see if anyone had any stories or experience dealing with that sorta thing.
