yea that sounds like it means you are having anal sex with your friend. or that you are finishing having anal sex with your friend. not the same as what the song originally meant, which was that you can ditch your friends in order to dance--if you want to.
 
Commas and capitalization also matter, in this classic:


I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse.


I helped my uncle jack off a horse.
