And to top it off Trump will have both houses of congress. hahaha

Just has to drive you guys nuts. President Trump

America will be great again and you'll enjoy its greatness, so at least you have that going for you.

You mean the party that constantly claims that Government is not the answer now thinks Government is the answer?

Which is really cool, because I look forward to going from being the richest most powerful nation on earth to being the richest most powerful nation on earth.

Grope and change!

I'd have expected better from you than this worthless drivel...

Nobody would be upset if this is actually the case. Really what the rest of us see is that instead of "making America great again" this administration will probably continue to make the rich richer and the poor balloon animals who voted it in poorer, all while having an unpredictable, narcissistic, incoherent loudmouth of a great divider as the face of the nation, causing this country to be the laughingstock of the world yet again just like during the Bush years. In the meantime Trump will keep the plebeians satisfied with empty gestures like taking a $1 salary, all the while passing orders of magnitude more expensive debt-financed tax breaks on the ultra rich.

But hey, I'd be glad to be proven wrong, and in the meantime I'll take my tax cut and watch my retirement accounts keep rising with the stock market like this past week. Maybe some of that wealth will end up in the hands of the poor rust belt bastards who voted this administration in ..........

HAHAHAHA, not a chance.

But they won't enjoy it. They hate the country and everything it stands for. How do we know this? They're continually trying to fundamentally transform it.

Just a heads up Trump's not going to segregate the schools or such again.

Gawd. That shit, even if true, is just anecdotes in obfuscation to the legitimizing of the Alt-right by Trump & Bannon. It's not like those folks preach harmony & mutual respect, at all. They speak the language of hatred & would burn down civil society given the chance. And now they''re a little closer to their goals.

Wake me when Trump & co file their first libel suit in office.

Are you already working on the excuse or is that more of a whatever's on fox at the time type thing?

"He's not really going to do what he promised" is in play for cuckest rally cry of all time.

I didn't vote for him, and I think Clinton would make a better president. That doesn't mean I buy into the partisan butthurt brigade that Perknose straddles cowgirl. If he tries to silence critics through libel suits, it's a completely different game compared to him doing it as the world's greatest used car dealer. A person can get away with a lot of things, but being litigious is almost always a bad PR move.

I HIGHLY doubt he's going to sue people from the Oval Office.

Gawd. Trump litigates as sport. Wonder if he'll settle this one-

That's a story of people suing him on the campaign trail. Everyone knows he's been sued a bunch, and everyone knows he sued a lot of people prior to running for office. He's very limited in what he can do now as President Elect. If he starts suing his political opponents, it's going to backfire yugely on him. Even some of his supporters I could imagine feeling a little iffy. "Wait, I thought ya'll was supposed to be against them crooked lawyer sons a bitches! Those connivin' devils sued my wedding cake bakery right outta commission they did! Yer tellin me that even DONALD TRUMP has lawyers?!"

Ok, Ok, so let's hear it again from all of the Repubs who have always vociferously stated their sentiments that there should never be a gov't run by a single party.

Anyone? no? Still too early? Not enough basking in the glow yet?

I guess we'll have to wait 'til it's the Democrat's turn to take over the whole shebang, then? :D

Honestly, if polls had strongly forecast Republicans keeping the House and taking the Senate, I might have voted Clinton instead of Johnson. Well, that's probably (definitely) a lie on my part, but it would have been the best possible and feasible outcome. It was a nice combo in the 90s with the first Clinton. I was afraid that things would swing 100% (D), lol. Now we've got the worst possible outcome, a lifelong chronic spendthrift and total party support to bankroll him for two years.

Stop waving your overripe banana around, you feces-flinging ape. It's not as yuuuuge as you think it is, anyway. ;)

Exactly! More whining by the butt-hurt. I'm enjoying the left out on parade for all to see what they really are - everything they claim to hate.

And most people won't believe it because the left has used that same level of hyperbole with every Republican presidential candidate.

Bill Maher was right. The left cried wolf and paid the price.
