Career/Job Advice

I'm an electronics and communications engineering student doing my last semester here in India. Basically in another 6 months I should be out of college and start looking for a job. I've never wanted to do ECE but my parents wanted me to become an electronics engineer. My undergrad scores are not really upto to mark when compared to others. That's because I've never found electronics interesting. Now I want to forget my past and want to go ahead with some kind of a job so that I can do MBA in the near future. What kind of job should I be looking at? My background is electronics but I prefer NOT doing a job in that field..........other than that what field should I be looking at? I'm 21 years now. I want to work for 4-5 yrs. and then get myself an MBA..........for this purpose, what kind of a job should I be looking at?.......

Looking forward to your replies

Thanks in advance

Raj

working or looking for a job in another country is not the problem at all...........what I want to know is what job I should be looking at?.....say suppose I get a network assistant/admin job will that be ok for MBA schools in the future to recruit me?

Life is too short to do anything that you don't enjoy.
That being said you have to consider the economy. Here in the US it is not exactly peaking.
You would certainly get more from an MBA after some work experience but it is not unheard of to do it immediately after an undergrad. Have you asked yourself what the MBA would allow you to do and if that is what you want????
I just spent the last few years as an Oracle developer/Analyst and found out that my job sucks so even in the current market I gave my two weeks after I found a position in my future field. (currently working on my Juris Doctor)
