if you've got a computer show nearby...go check them out there. LMK if these really help your system. I've been debating whether or not pick these up on my many trips to those computer shows.
 
I am very happy with mine. My GeforceMX does not have its own fan, so having coll air blowing over BOTH sides of the board gives me a lot of peace of mind.

also, it is damn quiet.
