Alrighty so you are at a party and want to amaze your friends so what do you do? A really good card trick! No one has ever figured out how I did it and most importantly I don't know how I do it. I think it's just a math thing. Here is what to do.
You will need only the: A of all suites
Q of all suites
K of all suites
J of all suites
10 of all suites
Here is the trick:
"once upon a time there were four castles"
-place the aces as shown:
A A
A A
"in these castles lived 4 widowed queens"
Place one queen ontop of each ace(suites do not matter)
"Now these queens were really wealthy and the word got out to for bachelor kings. So these
Kings decided to woo these widowed queen. Now these queens are pretty tight so to make sure nothing happened the queens paired up and stayed together thus forcing the kings to do the same. Then to make double sure the posted guards at every door then locked all the doors"
The jacks are the guards and the locked doors are represented by the 10s.
now your piles should look like this.
AQQJ10 AKKJ10
AQQJ10 AKKJ10
You will then pick up each pile and place it on top of the others until you have all the cards in one pile. Now for the fun part: Cut the deck and the replace it. Do this a few times then let your friends do it. As long as they don't cut the deck and then cut the cut deck it will work. Do this until they are convinced that there is no trickery going on. Then you will say:
"That night 5 magical things happen"
As you do this you will need to create 5 piles. Do it like you are dealing so one card on top of each pile. When you start flipping over the piles you will see that magically.
"the kings and queens got together"- KQKQ
"the kings and queens got together"- KQKQ
"all of the guards are dead"- JJJJ
"all of the locks are broken:- 10 10 10 10
"all of the castles are empty"- AAAA
If done correctly the piles will end up like shown. However, they won't always happen in this order so don't say anything until you see which one has happened. If this doesn't work for you let me know and I will check my wording.
Enjoy
