That look like MD driver. Ppl drive crazy here. I've seen ppl backing up on merge ramp where no visibility (as in turn with trees covering so much that you can not see beyond 5 foot infront).

Then there is this ramp from I495 to 95 north, they have to fix every month or so the metal rail on the side of the road that prevent the car from going into the bush/trees on the side of the ramp.
