What do I have to do in order to transfer my car to my parents? What forms do I need to fill out? I don't want the car anymore, and I just want to give it to my parents instead of selling it. Thank you.
 
easy, just fill out the title transfer info on the TITLE CARD and have your parents sign the info and have them go to the DMV and pay..I think its 39.50$ for the transfer and its in there name.
