Car stuck in flood in SD

It appears the road drops 5 feet within a 50 foot distance.

I wonder if the river is overflowing into the mall parking lots in the area. That would be pretty funny if people's cars got flooded while they were doing last minute shopping.

I saw a kayak-er returned to his Suburu and found it submerged all the way to the windows at Fiesta Island. I guessed he parked right along the water line at low tide and returned at high tide. 😀

Yeah, you can really just see there how the river just rose up and covered the bridge in water.
