Sounds like alternator whine. Make sure wire connections are tight as said before, but make sure you don't run your signal wires (if you ran RCA patch cables) are not running parallel to the power cable. That will induce noise.

As others have said, you need to ground it better. Thats why if you dont know what you are doing its better to have it done right at your local car audio place.
God forbid we know something more than just computers........
