I have exactly the same problem , I have to speed it up a bit just starting to not cause failure , I think the fault is in the MAF,
I've cleaned yesterday with a small brush , without straining , and then contact cleaner after this I went back to put in place , applying a thin layer of silicone sealant in the place where the oring going without the rest of the sensor staining ( this because I suspect there is a small air inlet there)
This morning start without racing and apparently tod goes well , I hope you have fixed the problem and this will help . Note that when applying the contact cleaner must ensure that the MAF this totally cold.
