Parents picked it up last night while I was at work. I put 55 miles on it today roaming through half a dozen towns. It's pouring out, and this thing has turned rain driving from a miserable worrisome chore into an amusing pastime.

And then I proceeded to scuff a wheel on a curb on some narrow little road. /facedesk

Do you need AWD? Imho keep looking though. ~50k miles or bust! If you're up north, widen your search to include places like Dallas (I'll buy ya a beer!) and SW cities like Phoenix/etc, as you'll typically find cars with zero rust, and lots of corporate OCD-types where the car is clean enough to eat off the floor inside.

Easy 2 day drive from Atlanta. ;)

Yeah no doubt. ~50k+ less miles is a big deal. If you expect ~200k miles total out of the thing with routine maintenance, and you drive about 15k a year, that's over 3 extra years of use before this one gets to the 200k mark.

If you're gonna sell it after a while, it's always easier to sell something with 50k less miles for more $$ :)

I drove a 3.8 genesis coupe a few months ago, it seemed unfinished
t

I haven't driven the coupe, but the sedan was nice...there's an $8k difference between the two, so I wouldn't be surprised if the sedan was better. Maybe not, though.

Oh, those are wildly different cars. The coupe is the RWD wannabe-Z, and yeah, it felt unfinished, like it needs at least another body revision to put it all together.

I average about 10k/yr, and using that figure, I think I can get five years comfortably out of the 108k car, which puts me past graduation and (hopefully) a couple years or more into a real job.

I would pass on shady used car lot. Better off getting it from private party.

My bad bro. I would have easily gotten the S RWD 6MT models but the wife HAD to have 4wd. Offer stands if you need a check on anything in Indiana, Miami, Chicago, Louisville areas I am there often on business.

Where do you live?
