Young noted the huge overpricing of a car to the woman was one example of a breach but the company conducted an investigation and found other violations.

Dealership franchises are worth quite a bit. Take them away and you effectively change "The mazda dealership" into "Shady steves car lot".

The manager of this lot was as slimy as the people he fired. He fired them to try and make it look like he didn't know, to save his own hide. Now, he is screwed. Nobody is going to buy a car from him again (at that lot). If we are lucky, this incident will follow him wherever he goes. Maybe he can be a McDonalds manager, and overcharge people for their burgers.

I have to say, The way this has been handled by Mazda and the canada has been great.
