No it doesn't but it does certainly imply there are some severe behavior issues. Honestly someone who is homeless essentially has no dependable friend or family that will tolerate their behavior or can't get into a shelter. Seriously think about it if you had a child with you and you lost your home/apartment I'm sure you have a plan or someone who you could stay with. I bet that plan doesn't involve sleeping in your car on the Vegas strip with child in tow.
There are so many reasons for being home less and painting all or even most with the broad strokes of mental or behavioral disorders tells me you have little knowledge or personal experience with the homeless. I'm not defending her, I'm attacking the preconceptions and prejudices that many have due to ignorance.

I blame violent video games. Specifically, Grand Theft Auto.
No love for Carmageddon?

After her arrest, Holloway "described a stressful period today where she was trying to rest/sleep inside her vehicle with her daughter but kept getting run off by security of the properties she stopped at,"
"She ended up on the Strip, 'a place she did not want to be,'" the report quotes her as saying. "She would not explain why she drove onto the sidewalk but remembered a body bouncing off her windshield, breaking it."

Investigators said Holloway had run out of money and that she and her daughter had been living in the car.
Blood tests were pending. Lombardo said Holloway did not appear to be drunk when she talked with officers, but a drug expert said she appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant.

I blame non-violent video games. Specifically, Hello Kitty. You play GTA you take your aggressions out in the game. You play Hello Kitty wtf you gonna do? Punch your expensive monitor out? No. You bottle that shit up inside and then one day snap and mow down 30-40 pedestrians with your BMW AK47 series.

In all seriousness, stress coupled with stimulants and likely a poor diet dropped her mind into the fight or flight response the primitive part of the mind that has no regard for consequences.

There was a doctor that once said if you have a poor diet but no stress you'll probably manage. If you have a lot of stress but a healthy diet you'll probably manage to get through it. But couple high stress and poor diet together and you're headed for a breakdown. On the runway. And the timeless flights are gone. I'm a year ahead of myself these days and I'm locomotive strong. Well that last part was by Elton John, not the doc but you get the idea. Maybe.

I blame racism and White privilege. Years of this took its toll on her. I would recommend she does not go to jail but get help, maybe a section 8 home so she does not have to live on the streets and free college living stipend.
