Thinking about changing my coverage with Allstate and trying someone else. Got any opinions on decent auto insurance companies?

I have two policies with Progressive, and I used to be a HUGE supporter of them, because they saved me HUNDREDS over Geico. I was on top of the world when I got them. --But dealing with them is...well...BAD. They have left a really REALLY bad taste in my mouth, and from now on, when these policies have run their course, I think it'll be worth a little more of my money to have a local agent I can deal with face to face. At least then, I won't have LEATRICE, the bitch-ass phone rep, making my life miserable because she's bored at work and hates white people.
