Car Dilemma...

So my cousin has had a 1992 Mercedes 190E 2.6 since 1995. In 1999, she bought a 4-runner. Since then, the mercedes has been sitting in her garage. Currently, it has 66k miles and she wants to sell it. She knows that I'm looking for a car and has told me that i can have it for $5k. Its bluebook value is much higher. She told me to sell it for her and give her $5k of what i get if i dont want to keep it.
Its in great shape, drives and looks like new (had to replace the battery to get it to start).
it looks just like this one (white/tan leather)
Does anyone have any experience with this model of mercedes?
Would it be better for me to keep it or sell it? I'm not sure if i can get a better car for $5k.
