Car body rolls right when driving at high speeds

My car oversteers when I'm traveling at high speeds and I turn the steering wheel right. It's basically a gentle roll to one side that makes the handling a little more difficult. Is it possible that this could be caused by having 37 psi in one tire and 39 psi in another? I suspect I have a more costly problem on my hands, but I'm not positive.

That's body roll, not oversteer. If you oversteer at high speed I would expect your laundry to smell funky.

First, you want all 4 tires pretty even as far as tire pressure goes.
Next, 39PSI is a bit on the high side. On most cars, I like about 34PSI max
And if you are experiencing an oversteer condition you can compensate
for it a bit with juggling the tire pressure front to rear (raise the rear PSI &
or lower the front PSI) will give less oversteer. This link has some good info
