Car audio question/help.

I've got an extremally low budget (0$) to spend on my car audio.

I heres what i got given to me;
Speakers
and
Cd changer/head unit

I tired the speakers and they all work.
Can I hook this stuff up with my current stock setup (96 ford escort)? If so does anyone have a link to a howto or soemthing like that? Which speakers should i use?
All I really want is to be able to play cd's. Since I got the cd changer free I would like to use it.

Here are some other pics I took

Well, you could install it in a 1960 Cadillac Hearse. Looks like that changer unit is at least 14 years old.

Crutchfield will give you an idea of what speaker sizes you can use in each location (without modification), but you'll probably have to buy/build an enclosure to use those subwoofers, as well as a crossover and amplifier to push them.

I had a 94 Escort but I don't know when they went to the new body style. Anyways, the 'scort takes 5x7 speakers in the door and in the rear hatch area. You should be able to hook into the stock headunit (get the stereo removal tools that look like a U from WalMart). I doubt you'll be able to get those mids in there without some modifications to the door, perhaps by creating a wood baffle to mount them to.
As far as the subs go, just get a prebuilt box or fashion your own to mount the them in. Around 1-2 cubic feet of volume should suffice, remember to dampen the box by adding fiberfill.

With those subs and your budget of $0 you can't use the subs. You're going to need an amp for them, a box, and an amp install kit and speaker wire.

How much would I be looking at to be able to use the subs? And get that cd changer or a cheap cd player working?

Are the subs even worth it?

Keep in mind this is an escort, which I probably won't keep for more then a year.
