Car Audio Question - Cadence ***UPDATED***

Cadence any good? My friend's dad owns the company, and he told me he'll outfit my car for a killer price. Did anyone ever hear of this brand? Are they any good?

Cadence was badass back in the day. But recently I haven't seen anything "promising" from them. They probably still make badass stuff and I'd go for it, if it was cheap.

I never asked him for free stuff
But he has hooked me up :: in the past..
Uncle by my mother its her Brother..

LOL, he told me he'd do it for cost. He said the car wouldn't need an engine to move after he was done with it.

I was out at the warehouse today, with the owner.

Here's what he gave me:

2 sets of Cadence ZX-651 door speakers
1 Cadence Q12W-4
1 Cadence UtraDrive QXR-1 Electronic Crossover
He told me to come back next week when he's getting in a new line of 5 channel amps.

I have no idea what any of this means. I just want it to sound good installed.
I'm hoping some car audio guru can tell me what this is worth. I know he didnt give
me his best stuff, but I'm paying him pennies, so what the hell.
