Your subs will only take 300W RMS.

So look for a 300x1 amp. 2 Channel amps will bridge to 1 channel so finding a 2ch amp is much easier than a monoblock amp.

As you did not spend much on your subs I would not spend a whole lot on your Amp. You look to want punding bass, not clean sound. So going with a cheap amp is fine. Fosgate & JL are overpriced, you pay for the marketing not the substance. They are good quality, just too expensive for what you get.

I'm not hating, I said they are good quality but overpriced. How is that hating?

Sony ES line is quality, the Sony Xplod line is cheap & crappy. Will compliment the Kicker Comp's he wants to buy fine.

If that's a continuous figure, then you would be limiting your subs' max output (during transients) by getting an amp limited to 300W (say, clipping occurs at that output or something). All drivers can handle power levels greater than the continuous input power for a short period of time.

EDIT:
sensitivity: 99.9 dB
- lol

QFT.

But those subs are probably pretty weak, especially considering their price, I wouldn't hit them with anymore then their rated 300 watts RMS between the two. I woudln't be surprised if they only had a 1.5" voice coil.

As stated above, get any amp that will provide 300 watts RMS @ 2ohms, 2ch or mono, it doesn't matter, as long as it puts out that power. And if you read further, they recommend something with a subsonic filter. This helps prevent the woofers from overexcursion at very low bass frequencies, and isn't a common feature amoung amps, especially lower priced ones.
