1) Many states require you to report accidents under certain conditions (death, injury, damages >$1,000, etc...) Calling the police while at the scene is probably the easiest way to do this.
2) You insurance would probably require this of you for coverage and rate adjustments
3) The raver kid could have been hopped up or drunk....should he just get away with that?
4) Would the raver kid rather the police handle the incident, or the no-neck hulk to just smash him?
