Capture Card sound to external soundcard?

I have the LeadTek WinFast 2000XP Expert card and in the instructions it says to connect the audio-out (which is a standard flat 4-pin mobo audio connector) to the soundcards audio-in. However, i'm using an external firewire soundcard. Is there any other way to convert the flat 4-pin connector to a regular line-in mini plug ?
