I do find it funny that they had a popular TV show that depicted what a shitty idea it would be to make an Aquaman movie, and yet, here they are a few years later going...."hey..I got an idea!"

amazing how many people cannot comprehend something simple.

Uhh... what? I'm talking this bit to mean that you're implying that I don't understand the content of the movie. If that's correct, then you're sorely mistaken as I am merely explaining why the other poster might have been confused. I know that Tony Stark's dad didn't die in Captain America: The First Avenger. :|

LOL - half of those aren't even Marvel movies, and some of the Marvel movies you listed aren't owned by Marvel (e.g. the Fantastic Four).

Never said they were Marvel Movies. They are superhero/comic book movies.

Will Aquaman have his sidekick Seaman ?

With the exception of the DC movies on that list, Marvel owns rights to all those Marvel properties. They just gave licenses for exclusive use movie rights to Sony and Fox for various properties before Marvel entered into the movie making business. Those rights would terminate if Sony and Fox would stop making shitty movies every so many years. For fucks sake they even thought about a Daredevil reboot to retain those rights. We will see Xman XYZ, Spiderman Reboot 5.0, and Fantastic Four Reborn Again(same goes for Ghostrider) because Sony and Fox will continue to release shitty movies for each franchise every 3 years to retain their exclusive use licenses for movies. That said it is highly likely that eventually Disney Marvel will buyout, some, of those exclusive use rights.

That said Punisher did lapse back to Marvel. Marvel has plans for Punisher and Daredevil(since it lapsed back too).
